Have you recently graduated and looking for hands on experience in a rewarding environment?

Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic, proactive Teaching Assistants to work in our special educational needs provisions; these schools provide high quality support for children aged 4-18 with needs that cannot be met in a mainstream classroom due to their vulnerability. Predominantly, our schools work with young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH) who thrive in smaller class sizes, a higher level of support and access to brilliant facilities!

As well as the children accessing a fantastic education, this goes beyond Maths and English; they are taught how to regulate their emotions, how to socialise with others and what key life skills that they need to take with them into the wider world. Your role will be supporting on a 1:1 or group basis during the school day. Are you interested in the opportunity to make a difference to the everyday lives of these young people?

What we can offer you:

  • Flexibility with your diary through our MyTP Work app
  • Weekly pay with no additional umbrella fees
  • Access to a range of training, including safeguarding, Team Teach and Autism Awareness
  • Support from your specialist consultant to find the right fit for you!

Experience is not essential however we are looking for motivated, reliable and enthusiastic candidates to join our team. If this is a role you are interested in, we would love to hear from you so please get in touch!

*We work with multiple provisions across all areas of Bristol and Bath

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
