Teaching Personnel are looking for inspirational graduates to join our Future Teachers Programme. The programme is suited to any graduates who are interested in becoming a secondary teacher and are looking to gain relevant school based experience. Successful candidates will work as a Teaching Assistant for up to 1 academic year, enabling them to gain the experience needed to embark on a Teacher Training course.

What will it involve?

The role will involve working within one of client schools, taking on a variety of responsibilities including covering classes and assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons. You will focus on your subject specialism, providing 1:1 and small group intervention to raise student attainment. You may also be providing support to students with Special Educational Needs.

All applicants must be available on a full time basis from (Monday – Friday 8:15am – 3pm). We are looking to recruit graduates across all subject areas with a particular focus on English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL and Physical Education.
