Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
• Assisting students with their learning and development
• Preparing educational materials and resources
• Providing one-on-one support to students as required
• Assessing and recording student progress

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A degree in Education or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with students

Education:

A degree in Education or a related field is required for this position.

Experience:

Prior experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of educational principles and practises
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant

Working Conditions:

This role involves working full-time hours on a contract basis in a school setting. You will be required to adhere to the school's policies and procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
