As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers with day‑to‑day classroom activities.
• Work with pupils individually or in small groups to strengthen their understanding.
• Assist with core subjects including phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy.
• Help deliver targeted intervention sessions where required.
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build supportive relationships with pupils to aid their academic and emotional development.
