Are you a graduate looking to gain classroom experience before your PGCE?

A secondary school in Cheadle are seeking graduates to join their teaching team in the Teaching Assistant role. This is an opportunity for a graduate looking to pursue a career in Teaching to gain school based experience in a support role, before completing their PGCE. The successful Teaching Assistant will be able to successfully support pupils with work in and outside the classroom, as well as running intervention session in small groups. As a Teaching Assistant, your role will involve supporting pupils within the classroom, as well as working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis is your subject specialism area.

  • Full time positions starting immediately, as well as positions starting in the summer term
  • Pay rate £250 - £300 per week
