Teaching Personnel are currently hiring in our prestigious Manchester office, we have immediate vacancies for talented individuals to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – the role:

Education recruitment is a fast paced and constantly expanding sector, your role as a Recruitment Consultant is to acquire clients and develop long lasting relationships. We have openings in all three sectors (primary, secondary and special needs) and you’ll join a supportive team of consultants and management. General daily duties include; Interviewing candidates (teachers and support staff), business development calls and arranging client meetings, attending recruitment events at universities and local colleges, meeting client schools to discuss their staffing needs, conducting the 360 responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant.

Who are Teaching Personnel – what do they do?

Established in 1996, Teaching Personnel are solely dedicated to supporting schools throughout the UK and Wales with their staffing needs. As the market leader, we currently have just over 80 branches throughout the UK, including, London, Newcastle, Manchester and Cornwall. We have a supportive culture and 90% of management are hired due to internal promotion, TP are part of a wider Education group which includes a national CPD company offering courses and training to schools across the UK.

The busiest period of the academic year begins in December; due to a strong start to the 19/20 academic year we have a vacancy in all 3 sectors for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our business.
