There is a brilliant opportunity for an Ofsted Good College in West London

We are looking for Learning and Behavioural Specialist staff (NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, however preferable) with a passion for working with young people, aged 16-25, in particular those who may have had set-backs in and outside of education.

Working as a SEN Learning and Behavioural Support Specialist you will:

  • Provide day to day support, delivering  1:1, paired and small group teaching, and learning sessions
  • Supervise and support community-based learning and educational visits
  • Help to plan lessons by preparing materials and resources
  • Working with key pupils to help develop their personal plans and aspirations
  • Supporting pupils to develop crucial life skills to help them thrive

The person that we are looking for is well organised, has good planning skills, an appreciation of health and safety in the workplace along with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Most important is the physical and emotional resilience required in working with young people who sometimes present with behaviours that challenge.
