Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant – Specialist School | Birmingham

Competitive Pay: Earn £82–£95 per day, paid weekly
Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

What You Will Be Doing
As a Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with Additional needs access learning in a way that’s meaningful and supportive.
Daily responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 or small-group support tailored to individual needs

Assisting with sensory regulation activities and communication strategies
-
Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social interaction

Supporting teachers in adapting lessons and resources
-
Helping maintain a calm, structured classroom environment
-
Working alongside SEN specialists to contribute to personalised learning plans
