We are working with a range of primary, secondary, and specialist SEN provisions seeking motivated graduates to support pupils across a variety of settings from September 2026.

The Role
As a Graduate Support Assistant, you will:
- Work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons
- Provide targeted 1:1 or small group support
- Support students with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH
- Build strong relationships with pupils to support academic and personal development
- Gain exposure to behaviour management strategies and classroom leadership
This role is ideal for graduates exploring careers in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or pastoral support.

- A recent graduate (any of the above disciplines preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach
- Interest in education, child development, or support work
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
