Graduate Cover Supervisors

Secondary Schools | Salford
Start Date: After February Half Term

We are currently recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in the Salford area, starting after the February half term.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are considering a career in education and want hands-on classroom experience.

The Role:

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-set lesson content in the absence of the class teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Support pupils with their work and maintain engagement
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Gain experience across a range of subjects and year groups

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Hold a degree (any subject considered)
  • Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
  • Be confident managing a classroom environment
  • Possess strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be reliable, professional, and adaptable

Location:

Roles are based in Salford secondary schools, many of which are easily accessible by public transport and major road links.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
