Graduate Cover Supervisor

Are you a recent graduate considering a career in education? We are seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join secondary schools as Graduate Cover Supervisors on a full-time, permanent basis starting next academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable classroom experience before embarking on teacher training routes such as a PGCE or SCITT. You will play a key role in supporting students’ learning by supervising lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring a positive and productive classroom environment.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
• Support students in completing their work and understanding tasks
• Gain hands-on experience in a secondary school setting
