Graduate Cover Supervisor, & Future Teacher

Are you a graduate or undergraduate considering a career in teaching? 

Our Future Teachers Programme is available to all graduates and undergraduates looking for a pathway to teaching in Secondary Schools in the Portsmouth and West Sussex area. Graduates of all subject specialisms are encouraged to apply as there are opportunities across the board. Teaching Personnel work with all Schools in the local area, as well as larger Academy Trusts, enabling us to offer you the widest possible variety of placements.

What is expected from you;

• A face to face meeting to be attended with suitable ID
• Suitable references spanning a minimum of 11 months
• Possibility of a Trial Day on a voluntary basis
• Completion of the Training Package provided by The Best Practice Network
• Commitment and passion to work in Education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.This will be a temporary position and may go permanent at a later date.
