If you hold a degree in Art and have your eye on becoming a future Art teacher, then this could be the ideal position to learn the craft of the classroom. We have multiple schools who are looking for graduates that are enthusiastic about Art and have a genuine passion to better the educational experiences of the pupils within schools. Teaching Personnel are looking to place candidates in schools to give graduates the chance to put their degree to use and start their Art teaching career.

To start this journey, you will need to:

• Hold a degree within Art.
• Be looking to gain QTS (qualified teacher status)

• Aspiring to be a Secondary Teacher.
• Must be willing to go above and beyond for the pupils.
• Be resilient.

If successful, your role will require you to be versatile and more importantly will see you gain the experience and training required ahead of training and qualifying as a secondary school teacher.

• Offering targeted curriculum support across various subjects & year groups
• Strength in the CORE subjects ideally
• Support in class and eventually plan, prepare and deliver small group sessions
• Opportunity to cover & deliver present lessons
• After a successful year – opportunity to secure a place in the school / teacher training

 Potential career coming from this with a starting salary of above £30k once qualified.
