Are you coming towards the end of your degree/studies and looking for support with a route in to secondary teaching?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a nationally recognised teaching school in Bradford, in preparation for Christams 2019 and in collaboration with our future teachers programme, we have a number of graduate teaching assistant positions throughout our partner schools in Bradford. We are looking for ambitious graduates who are keen to pursue a career in teaching, this is along term placement as a graduate teaching assistant in which you will be fully supported as you prepare for teacher training and the schools direct teaching programme from September 2020.

• Graduate teaching assistant, full time 12 month position from December 2019
• Set placement in one secondary school preparing your for teacher training
• Induction process in the summer prior to September, regular training opportunities
• Train to become a secondary teacher in a nationally recognised, outstanding teaching school
• All subjects welcome, positions in English, Maths and Science (plus none core subjects)

This is a programme designed by the school working in partnership with Teaching Personnel, so for second half of the academic year you will work as a teaching assistant within the selected school. Responsibilities will include; supporting class teachers in lessons, leading small groups within specific subjects, monitoring progress and attainment and reporting to class teachers. This is a graduate programme; you will be fully supported for this role.
