Job type: Flexible (part-time and full-time positions)

Salary- £130-£251 a day (experience dependent)

Are you someone who is enthusiastic about German language and culture? Do you want to inspire the next generation into pursuing languages? Teaching personnel is seeking a German teacher ready for work around Bishop Auckland from September 2025.

What the role entails:

  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging German lessons in line with the school’s curriculum
  • Teaching students across KS3, KS4 and KS5
  • Managing classroom behaviour and student progress
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues

Requirements for the role:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Confidence in delivering high-quality German lessons to secondary students
  • Previous teaching experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
