Geography teaching role- Catholic school - Southwark- Sept '19.

Geography teaching job at 'Good' Ofsted rated Catholic Secondary school based in Southwark for September 2019.

Rate: £120 - £215 per day.

Teaching Personnel, the largest education recruitment company in the UK - have signed a SLA (Service Level Agreement) partnership with the Southwark Diocese to provide quality staffing to Catholic schools within the Diocese.

It is due to this, that Teaching Personnel can offer this exciting opportunity to teach KS3/KS4 Geography at a 'Good' rated Catholic school for September 2019, to teach for the next academic year.

Geography teaching job at 'Good' Ofsted rated Catholic Secondary school based in Southwark for September 2019.

The successful Geography teacher is required on a full time basis starting in September 2019 and will be expected to take on all planning and marking responsibilities as well as any additional inter-departmental responsibilities. This role is initially supply, however this would prove to be an effective route into a long term placement. The school will be looking to formally interview and observe Mathematics applicants during the first month of the new academic year in September.

Key aspects of this Geography teaching position:

  • Full time Geography teacher required: September 2019.
  • Pay dependent and in line with the new 2019/2020 pay scale.
  • Teach within a successful and reputable multi academy trust of choice in the Southwark, South London area
  • Full teaching timetable: planning and marking responsibilities expected

This Catholic Secondary school is situated in the Southwark area, a short walk away from the local train station. The school is housed in a new bespoke building with the latest facilities including a fully equipped Humanities department with smart boards in each classroom and working space including app based tablets.
