Salary: MPS/ UPS (dependent on experience)
About the role:
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher looking for your next opportunity in the Wolverhampton area? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a passionate educator to join one of our partnered secondary schools, delivering engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge, a creative approach to teaching, and the ability to inspire students to develop a love for Geography. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning.
Key Responsibilites:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Support students in achieving their academic potential through effective differentiation.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, planning, and enrichment activities.

Maintain excellent classroom management and uphold high standards of behaviour.
Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A genuine passion for teaching and student development.
- DBS on the update service (willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
