Geography Teacher

Teaching Personnel are seeking a Geography Teacher for a partnered Secondary School in Wickford, Essex area. The position available is permanent, full time and a September 2023 start.

This is an exciting new opportunity that will help you boost your career, confidence and experience within a classroom. The pupils are aged between 11-16 in school and you may be expected to plan accordingly to each age range but mainly secondary based. The school are increasing so looking for various new staff for the new academic year.

You will maintain a classroom which requires you to build positive relationships with the children. You must be confident within your teaching skills as you will be required to teach up to GCSE level.

Ideally you will have:

• A degree/ NQT/QTS status
• Has previous teaching experience
• Excellent knowledge in Geography
• Are confident leading a Key Stage 3 and 4 class including GCSE level
• Have good time management skills
• Have a genuine passion for teaching children
