Job description

We’re working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Poole that is seeking a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, bringing the subject to life with creativity, clarity, and confidence. The school is known for its supportive leadership, strong sense of community, and commitment to both staff development and student progress.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

  • Have experience teaching Geography at KS3 and KS4

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a passion for their subject

  • Be committed to raising achievement and delivering high-quality teaching

This full-time role is due to start in September 2025, although earlier availability may be considered for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
