Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Geography Teacher for a full-time position at a thriving secondary school in the Milton Keynes area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who loves helping students understand the world — from physical landscapes to global challenges — and inspiring curiosity about the planet we share.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, well-structured Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Plan and prepare lessons that encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and deep learning.

Assess, record, and report on student progress in line with school policies.

Contribute to curriculum development, departmental planning, and exciting extra-curricular opportunities such as field trips and geography clubs.

Take part in departmental meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

A strong academic background and genuine passion for Geography.

Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A commitment to professional growth and collaborative working.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
