Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Geography Teacher for a full-time position at a thriving secondary school in the Milton Keynes area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who loves helping students understand the world — from physical landscapes to global challenges — and inspiring curiosity about the planet we share.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Plan and prepare lessons that encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and deep learning.

• Assess, record, and report on student progress in line with school policies.

• Contribute to curriculum development, departmental planning, and exciting extra-curricular opportunities such as field trips and geography clubs.

• Take part in departmental meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A strong academic background and genuine passion for Geography.

• Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• A commitment to professional growth and collaborative working.
