Geography Teacher – Full Time

Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and qualified Geography Teacher to join one of our amazing mainstream secondary schools in Birmingham, located in the B36 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive Humanities department.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, diverse Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Regularly assess pupils progress, providing them with meaningful feedback to support with their learning and development.
Work closely with colleagues within the Humanities team to support student learning and department goals.
Maintain high standards of behaviour management and promote a positive classroom environment.
Demonstrate a strong classroom presence to inspire and motivate students.
Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Geography at secondary school level is desirable but not essential.
Confident in behaviour management with the ability to create a productive and respectful learning space.
A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
