Teaching Assistants
Teaching Personnel are seeking hard working, enthusiastic and committed teaching assistants to work within the local primary schools based within Hillingdon, Hayes, and Uxbridge.. The idea candidate would have some experience within an educational setting as well as having a high understanding and experience working with children.
The role of a teaching assistant is to provide support and assist the teacher to ensure all pupils within the class are on track, progressing and learning at all times.
The qualities that we are looking for:
- Recent Teaching Assistant experience within a school
- Confident teaching KS1 and KS2 curriculum
- Reliable, passionate and personable
- Conducting observations and providing feedback to staff and parents
- A good command of the English language – written and oral
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students
The successful candidate would require a minimum NVQ Level 3 supporting Teaching and Learning in schools or is degree qualified.
