Overview

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the L25 area. This role offers flexible working opportunities for those looking to gain experience across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, or for teachers seeking a better work-life balance.

We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact in the classroom.


Job Description

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2 in line with the national curriculum
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school settings
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the school, ensuring continuity of learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each day
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers (FQTs)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work
  • Confident delivering lessons across a range of year groups
  • Passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and development
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
