Early Career Teachers – Primary Supply Opportunities (Norris Green)

Area: Norris Green (L11) and nearby locations
Start: September 2026
Type: Varied - day-to-day/ short-term/ long-term roles


Daily Rate: £120–£150 (dependent on experience)

Are you an Early Career Teacher looking to broaden your experience across a range of primary settings? Teaching Personnel is recruiting ECTs to join our growing supply pool supporting primary schools in Norris Green and the surrounding areas from September 2026.

This role is ideal if you’d like to strengthen your classroom practice, gain exposure to different year groups, and work flexibly while opening doors to longer-term or permanent positions.


Your Role Will Include

  • Teaching planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
  • Confidently stepping into varied school environments
  • Supporting pupils’ academic progress in line with the national curriculum
  • Building professional relationships with local schools while expanding your experience

We’re Looking For Teachers Who

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are at ECT stage – or graduating in 2026.
  • Are flexible, proactive, and keen to develop professionally
  • Have effective classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Have a DBS registered on the Update Service or are happy to apply for one
