GCSE Tutor – Hull (HU1)

Location: Hull, HU1
Role: GCSE Tutor
Start Date: September 2026
Hours: Part-time, weekdays during school hours

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic GCSE Tutor looking for a rewarding opportunity in Hull?

We are looking for a dedicated tutor to support students at GCSE level, helping them build confidence, improve their subject knowledge, and achieve their academic goals.

The Role

  • Provide engaging and supportive GCSE tuition to students.

  • Deliver lessons tailored to individual learning needs.

  • Support students with their knowledge, confidence, and exam techniques.

  • Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Work collaboratively with the school and wider support team.

Requirements

  • Experience teaching or tutoring students at GCSE level.

  • Strong subject knowledge and relevant teaching/tutoring experience.

  • Experience supporting students with SEN is desirable.

  • Strong communication and classroom-management skills.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

  • Right to work in the UK.
