Location: Ebbw Vale

Pay: £250 - £350 per week

Start: ASAP for January

Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a number of future teachers for a large secondary school. There are full time and part time roles available starting in January!

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in secondary schools or with children of that age in a voluntary/coaching role. The role required candidates to run a classroom in the absence of a qualified teacher.
All work will be set and you would be required to ensure pupils are on task and maintain acceptable standards of behaviour.

This role is very rewarding and it is essential you are able to build a good rapport with the pupils whilst maintaining good classroom management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience before a PGCE or take the next step up from being a teaching assistant.

There is a future teacher induction programme that the school has in place. You will shadow a current teacher and learn the basics to teaching. Once this is complete you will then take on a class for yourself.

**You do not need any qualifications for this role. Backgrounds that have worked well Psychology, English, Maths, Science and PE**

Having a confident and strong personality is something that would be needed for the role.
