How the Programme Works

Register Your Interest
A local consultant will contact you to explain the programme and answer any questions. -
Meet Your School
You’ll be invited to an informal session or interview with a partner school. -
Start Your Placement
Spend up to a year gaining experience, mentoring, and training—often starting as a TA, with opportunities to plan and deliver lessons. -
Your Future
Many Future Teachers progress to teacher training, with some schools offering fully funded PGCE routes.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
