Further Education English Teacher

Teaching Personnel are recruiting an English Teacher to work in the Further Education area. This is a full time temporary position starting at Easter 2018, potentially until Summer.

We are working on behalf of a Further Education establishment in Cornwall, who are seeking to appoint a well qualified Teacher of English who has recent experience delivering English to A Level, in Language and Literature.

You will be a capable Teacher who is able to plan, deliver and assess their own lessons autonomously. You will be comfortable leading a class of 16+ learners; and manage their progress and attainment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Relevant qualification (either UK QTS, or UK QTLS) in English

* Recent experience Teaching English to key stage 5, in both Language and Literature

* Experience of whole teaching responsibility

* The passion and drive to ensure all students reach their full potential
