Further Education Biology Teacher

Set in an excellent location for all commuters, this FE provider are in search of a teacher who is able to deliver Biology to A Level pupils. There are other science teaching positions available at this Further Education provision.

The students are well nurtured through their time at the College with built in allocated timings to build skills they will take further into their futures such as employability skills, enterprise education, fitness and much more!

The College are forward thinking in their approach to learning and are utilising technology to help students to bring the modern world into their education. Using a variety of education-based apps for students to submit and review work, Ipads on site to aid learning and a recent modernisation of all computers and laptops across the facility allows pupils to use technology across all areas of learning.

The ideal candidate:

• Will be available from September and in search of a fixed term position
• Hold an FE PGCE or Science PGCE
• Have the ability to deliver Biology to a high ability A Level group
• Will have expert knowledge in their subject area 
• Have experience teaching Biology to A Level

If you are confident teaching all different areas in FE Science, that may also result in a permanent longer term position at this college.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
