Functional Skills Tutor (Maths) – Make Maths Practical and Accessible

Numbers don’t have to be scary! We’re looking for a Functional Skills Maths Tutor who can show learners how maths fits into everyday life and helps them succeed.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver Functional Skills Maths at a variety of levels
• Teach lessons that are practical, engaging, and confidence-building
• Help learners gain the skills they need for qualifications and work
• Provide feedback and track progress

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering Functional Skills Maths
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment
• Creative, patient approach to engaging learners
• Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
