Job Title: Fully Qualified Teacher

Location: Luton

Type: Full-Time (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Salary Range: £120-£160 per day

Key Responsibilities:

As a Fully Qualified Teacher, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring that the needs of all students are met.

  2. Assessment and Feedback: Implement formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

  3. Classroom Management: Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated to learn, fostering positive behavior and a love for learning.

  4. Differentiation: Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that all students have access to a quality education.

  5. Parent and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning community.

  6. Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, staying up-to-date with educational best practices and pedagogical advancements.

Qualifications:

  • A valid teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • A relevant bachelor's or postgraduate degree.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Dedication to student success and personal growth.
