✅ Strong understanding of the primary curriculum (KS1 and/or KS2)
✅ Engaging, creative, and inclusive teaching style
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
✅ Commitment to raising attainment and nurturing a love of learning
✅ Growth mindset with a drive for continuous improvement

You’ll Need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) via a recognised route

  • Proven teaching experience in a primary setting

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • A proactive approach to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
