We are currently recruiting Temporary Nursery Nurses and Supply Staff to work on a day-to-day basis. You’ll be supporting teaching staff in mainstream primary classes and nursery settings, including pupils with complex needs.

Role responsibilities include:

• Assisting the class teacher with whole-class activities.

• Working 1-to-1 with pupils who require targeted support.

• Supporting positive behaviour and contributing to calm, effective learning environments.

• Helping to plan and deliver engaging activities appropriate to the children’s developmental needs.

• Carrying out duties relevant to the role to uphold the school’s values and culture.

• Experience in early years or primary settings.

• Confidence in behaviour management and working with diverse needs.

• A reflective, inclusive and patient approach aligned with school ethos.

• A commitment to fostering respect, independence, and enthusiasm for learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
