Full-Time TA required to work in Primary School in Coventry!

An Ofsted 'Good' Primary School in Coventry (CV3) are looking for a Full Time Teaching Assistant with experience working with Challenging Behaviour, Autism and various other additional needs to start ASAP. This role is to start immediately and is to become a long term placement.

The role is full-time and involves working 1:1 and with small groups providing behaviour, phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions. The role involves working across all year groups with Various SEN including attachment, SEMH, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and low ability.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN. Team Teach and Phonics trained TAs are encouraged to apply.

The role includes encouraging concentration in lessons, managing behaviour and to enhance pupil attainment levels. The ideal candidate will have experience working within schools or a similar setting and should be able to commit to a long term position. School based experience is desirable however similar experience will be considered.

Qualified teaching assistants, graduates and fully qualified teachers looking for TA/ LSA work are encouraged to apply.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
