PPA Cover Teacher (Full-Time)

Location: Blackburn
Start Date: Soon as possible
Contract Type: Full-Time 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at in Blackburn.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who enjoys variety and is confident teaching across different year groups. The successful candidate will provide full-time PPA cover across the school, with planning provided and shared within year group teams.

The Role:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of year groups (EYFS, KS1, and KS2)

  • Follow and adapt shared planning to meet the needs of all learners

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work closely with teaching teams to ensure consistency and continuity

  • Support the wider school community and uphold school values

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS and has experience teaching in primary settings

  • Is flexible, organised, and confident working across all primary year groups

  • Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum

  • Is committed to high standards and pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
