Contract: Full-time

Are you an enthusiastic and committed French Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Our vibrant secondary school in Preston is seeking a passionate linguist to join our team from January 2026.

About the Role

As a French Teacher, you will:

  • Teach engaging and inspiring French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Encourage students to develop confidence and curiosity in learning a new language and culture.
  • Plan and deliver creative lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
  • Contribute to the development of the Modern Foreign Languages department and promote language learning across the school.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Has experience teaching French in a secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a love of languages.
  • Is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and raising achievement for all students.
