Are you a qualified Food Technonolgy Teacher looking for a fresh new role starting in September 2023? 

Do you have a passion for taching young people the important, safe and fun aspects of food technology and hygiene? 

We are working with a client school in the Wigan area who are looking for a confident, engaging and inclusive Food Technology Teacher to join their team for a role that will become permanent for the correct candidate. 

  • Starting September 2023
  • Must hold QTS and have experience teaching Food Technology up to GCSE Level.
  • Teaching a full timetable across Key Stage Three and GCSE with full planning and marking responsibilities.
  • Pay in line with teaching scale point (£28,000 - £43,685 per annum).

The idea candidate will be confident in planning and delivering fantastic and engaging Food Technology lessons that are inclusive and rewarding for all students. You will have the highest expectations and the drive to ensure that students achieve their very best, you will be a kind and caring practitioner who goes the extra mile for our students because they deserve it.

This role would be ideal for Early Career Teachers looking to find a start in a school that are always to looking to help and develop both their students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
