Food Technology Teacher (Part-Time)
 Location: Blackpool
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: 19.5 hours per week

Are you a passionate and creative Food Technology Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of young chefs and innovators? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our thriving secondary school in Blackpool from January 2026.

About the Role

As our Food Technology Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Foster a love of cooking, nutrition, and healthy living among students.
  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every pupil can succeed.
  • Contribute to the wider Design and Technology department and collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the curriculum.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Has experience teaching Food Technology within a secondary school setting.
  • Is passionate about practical learning and helping students develop valuable life skills.
  • Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and excellent classroom management skills.
