Flying Start Practitioner – Swansea
Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? Do you believe every child deserves the very best start in life? If so, we’d love you to join our team as a Flying Start Practitioner in the Swansea area!
About the Role
As a Flying Start Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–4 years. You’ll create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can explore, play, and thrive.
Personal care is an important part of this role — so you’ll need to be comfortable supporting children with their care needs, and ideally have previous experience doing so.
What You’ll Need
✨ A recognised Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or a related field
✨ A caring, professional approach and confidence in delivering personal care
✨ Great communication skills and a strong team spirit
✨ A genuine passion for supporting children and families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
