Do you have a passion for helping little ones grow, learn, and thrive? We’re looking for a caring and motivated Flying Start Teaching Assistant to join our friendly early years team.

✅ What You’ll Need

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (essential)
• Child Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (must be in place before starting, can apply through us)
• Fluent Welsh speaker
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Team spirit, patience, and excellent communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Support children’s learning and development through play-based and structured activities
• Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment every day
• Work alongside colleagues to deliver exciting and inclusive Flying Start sessions
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
