As the Blackburn with Darwen consultant, I am actively seeking teachers who do not want the pressure of a long term role, to work across the Darwen area for our day to day school supply needs. We are actively looking for supply teachers who want to work around different schools, predominately most of the work will be pre-booked but there maybe some on the morning calls. We do also offer a guaranteed work scheme in where you will be guaranteed 4 out of 5 days work/pay. In the first half term of this academic year, we have already seen a record number of supply teachers work in primary schools. September and October are not supposed to be the busiest month on supply!

If you feel like you would want to be considered to work on the 'no pressure' supply scene with Teaching Personnel, and want to show your skills within different primary schools, this work scheme could be the way forward for your teaching career.
