Flexible Supply Teachers Wanted – Wigan Schools
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: Competitive daily rates in line with MPS/UPS
Contract Options: Day-to-Day, Part-Time, Short & Long-Term Roles
Location: Wigan & surrounding areas

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a wide network of primary schools across Wigan, and from September 2025 we are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to join our supply pool. With a variety of placements available, you’ll have the freedom to choose assignments that match your availability and career goals – from ad-hoc supply days to more regular cover.

What We’re Looking For:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Recent teaching experience with the ability to adapt quickly to different schools and classrooms.
  • An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through us).
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners of all abilities.
  • A flexible, positive approach and a genuine passion for teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
