✅ What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) and experience teaching in secondary schools.

• A confident classroom presence with the ability to engage learners across different subjects and year groups.

• A flexible, proactive approach — comfortable adapting to new environments and teaching styles.

• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

• A driver with access to a car is highly desirable, as placements are across multiple schools.

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

• Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

• Supporting pupils’ engagement, confidence, and progress — even outside your specialist area.
