Job Title: Day-to-Day Primary Teacher
Location: Andover
Employment Type: Full Time & Part Time

About Us:
Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and committed Qualified Teachers to work across a range of respected primary schools in the Andover area. We are looking for individuals who can inspire and engage pupils, create inclusive learning environments, and deliver high-quality teaching in line with national curriculum expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils aged 4–11 in accordance with school policies and curriculum guidelines.
• Adapt to a variety of school settings and maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Assess pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to ongoing learning and development.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, support staff, and senior leadership teams.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere that encourages learning and well-being.
• Manage classroom behaviour positively and in line with school policies.
• Uphold professional standards and represent the values of Teaching Personnel at all times.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Recent teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings.
• Must provide two professional references.
• Possess a current enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
