Are you a Maths teacher looking for a more flexible way of working while considering your next career move?
We are working closely with a number of secondary schools across Bristol who are looking for skilled Maths teachers. Whether you’re interested in day-to-day supply, a longer-term placement, or support in securing a permanent role, we can help you find the right opportunity.
This role is well suited to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain experience across different schools, as well as experienced teachers seeking a fresh challenge.

Responsibilities (Long-Term / Permanent Roles)

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
-
Support students in developing confidence with numeracy and problem-solving
-
Adapt teaching methods to suit a range of learning abilities, including SEND
-
Track student progress and provide targeted support where needed
-
Help prepare students for assessments and exams
We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards it
-
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
-
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
-
A commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
-
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
