Flexible education work!

We are currently looking for flexible workers to work in secondary schools across Hampshire, and specifically in the North Hants area covering Andover, Basingstoke, Fleet, Aldershot, Hook and Farnborough. The schools in these areas are currently crying out for more high quality staff to undertake day to day ad-hoc work and short term contracts in specific subjects and general cover roles.

Excellent candidates often include retired Teachers, Police Officers, Midwifes and Ex Forces due to their flexibility tenacity and behaviour management and confidence.

Depending on qualification and previous experience we would offer between £60 and £120 per day payment paid weekly. The working hours are the normal school hours of 6 hours per day.

In order to be a suitable candidate for this role we would require:

• You to have Qualified Teaching Status / A degree
• The ability to travel at minimum 10 miles in the surrounding areas of your home to travel to work
• Previous experience in schools or working with children
• A polite and professional demeanour and an energetic attitude to engage the children who will be in your care
• Strong behaviour management
