About the role:
As a EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons.
- Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with any additional needs.
- Help students achieve their learning and personal development goals.
- Assisting with phonics, early reading, and numeracy interventions.
Person specification:
- Previous experience working within EYFS or an early childhood setting.
- Can build relationships with students and staffs.
- Follow safeguarding protocols and prioritise student safety.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
