EYFS Teaching Assistant (Romford)

Location: Romford, London

Sector: Primary

Job Type: Full Time- Term time 

Salary: pay to scale (dependent on experience)

About the role:

As a EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with any additional needs.
  • Help students achieve their learning and personal development goals.
  • Assisting with phonics, early reading, and numeracy interventions.

Person specification:

  • Previous experience working within EYFS or an early childhood setting.
  • Can build relationships with students and staffs.
  • Follow safeguarding protocols and prioritise student safety.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
