About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant with a SEND specialism to support our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. In this role, you will:
- Assist the class teacher in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide tailored support to children with SEND, ensuring they thrive and achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children around the EYFS age ranges (1 to 5 years)
- Specialism in SEND, with knowledge of strategies and interventions.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
- Relevant qualifications or training in childcare/education.
- A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
