Join Our Team as an EYFS Teaching Assistant with SEND Specialism!

Location: Primary School, Liverpool (L13) Start Date: 4th November Agency: Teaching Personnel

About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate EYFS Teaching Assistant with a SEND specialism to support our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. In this role, you will:

  • Assist the class teacher in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide tailored support to children with SEND, ensuring they thrive and achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children around the EYFS age ranges (1 to 5 years)
  • Specialism in SEND, with knowledge of strategies and interventions.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in childcare/education.
  • A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
