Early Years Teaching Assistant Role – Leyland

We are looking for a motivated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a well-established primary school in Leyland. This role offers long-term stability and the chance to grow within a supportive school environment.

Key Duties

Support the learning and development of pupils in Early Years
Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
Help develop early communication and language skills
Work closely with teachers to monitor pupil progress
Provide a nurturing and inclusive learning space

Ideal Candidate

Experience working with children in an EYFS or nursery setting
Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable
Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Positive, flexible, and reliable approach
