Full-time & Part-time Roles Available
Teaching Personnel is recruiting qualified EYFS TA to join welcoming and committed nursery teams across Birmingham. If you're passionate about early childhood development and creating a nurturing learning environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children aged 0–5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Assist with personal care, feeding, and hygiene routines
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Observe and report on developmental progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or TA qualification
- Have experience in a nursery or early years setting (Room Leader experience is a plus)
- Be caring, patient, and confident supporting young children’s development
- Be comfortable with all aspects of personal care
- Have strong teamwork and communication skills

Previous childcare experience is preferred, but not essential for passionate and qualified applicants. Roles will begin on a trial basis, with the potential for long-term placement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
